Tishman Speyer approached us to refresh the visual identity for The Franklin, one of their Chicago office buildings. I led the redesign, creating a modern, sophisticated system that gave the property a clear and elevated presence. The new brand highlighted The Franklin’s state-of-the-art amenities and Tishman Speyer’s commitment to sustainability through clean typography, a refined color palette, and a timeless visual tone. Designed to flex across social, print, and digital, the refreshed identity brought cohesion and polish to a building that had never truly had a visual voice.
